The primary responsibility of this role is to support and enhance all facets of the designated division; this encompasses the complete operational functionality within the division, aiming for optimal efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the promotion of operational and organizational success within the division.
- Engage in customer communication and provide job progress updates as necessary.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure all work schedules are planned, managed, and executed to maximize efficiency while delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Participate in divisional operations, including attending management meetings as required.
- Coordinate with sales personnel to identify and fulfill customer needs, including managing sales handover documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of divisional capabilities and allocate appropriately trained personnel to tasks.
- Achieve and uphold Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while encouraging employee involvement in Toolbox Talks (TBTs).
- Undertake any additional tasks as requested by senior management within the scope of the role.
