Administrative Operations Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is to support and enhance all facets of the designated division; this encompasses the complete operational function within the division, focusing on achieving maximum efficiency and effectiveness with an emphasis on commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in promoting the operational and organizational success of Brize Norton.
  • Engage in customer communication and provide job progress updates as necessary.
  • Support the operational team to ensure all work schedules are planned, managed, and executed to optimize efficiency while delivering outstanding service to clients.
  • Participate daily in divisional operations, including attending management meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to identify customer needs and fulfill those requirements, including managing sales handover documentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of divisional capabilities and ensure the allocation of appropriately trained personnel to relevant tasks.
  • Achieve and monitor KPIs, ensuring team involvement in Toolbox Talks.
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested by senior management, within the scope of the role.
