About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to join our team at Hiring People. As the backbone of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Coordinate and manage customer appointments, ensuring an informed and seamless journey for our clients.
  • Operations Planning: Efficiently plan sales appointment routes and support Directors in maintaining office policies.
  • Office Management: Organize and optimize office operations, including supplies procurement and layout management.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous record-keeping and data management, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of information.
  • Team Development: Oversee and develop office staff, fostering an environment where everyone can contribute ideas and improve processes.
  • Planning and Execution: Take charge of planning applications for tree works and play a key role in company events, from planning to execution.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in office management, administration, or as an executive assistant.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and best practices. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a talent for problem-solving.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for organization and detail.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems, with a solid understanding of accounting and data management practices.
