Administrative Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Support Specialist to join our team at Butler Rose. As an Accounts Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our lower-level accounts function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Implement effective credit control measures
- Process expenses within agreed deadlines
- Allocate payments
- Provide payroll and HR support
- Perform general administration duties
- Monitor the accounts inbox
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and administration
- Familiarity with accounts software, particularly SAP, SAGE, or SAGE Payroll
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
