**Estates Administrator - up to £25,750 per annum**

**What we are looking for**

We are seeking an excellent Estates Administrator to join our Oxfordshire team. You will provide administrative support for the operations of the Estates & Finance teams. This role is responsible for overseeing all Estates expenditure, co-ordinating the processing and ensuring goods receipt, supplier payment and adequate service levels
- Bridge the gap between Farmhouse and suppliers. Expand knowledge beyond processing, acting as procurement support for Farmhouse specific vendors
- Work with Accounts Payable to ensure that all the invoices received into the business are processed in a timely manner and in-line with department SLAs
- Improve understanding when reviewing spend with a continual improvement mentality. Look towards creation of self-service documents to provide additional insight to relevant HODs
- Integrate with relevant departments to bring clarity to variable cost expenditure and develop best practise to help the site continually diversify
- Support any process and system changes implemented to ensure that Accounts Payable continues to deliver excellent customer service

**Who we are looking for**
- Excellent administrative and self-organisational skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and still focus despite large volumes of work
- Excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and suppliers
- Confident use of Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience of using SAGE 200 and ADACO would be an advantage
