Dubarry of Ireland - Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire
**Purpose of the Job**
The role of the Accounts Administrator is to ensure the efficient management and control of all administration activities and is responsible for controlling the daily activities of the Accounts Department in Dubarry of Ireland’s UK office in Chipping Norton.
The role reports to the UK Operations Manager, and will work closely with the Finance department based in Dubarry’s head office in Ballinasloe, Ireland.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- Update daily bank reports and bank reconciliation
- Manage and control creditors accounts ensuring that all invoices are paid in accordance with the company terms and conditions
- Month-end reporting including review of general ledger and variance analysis
- Preparation of accruals and prepayments for month-end
- Entering journals in General Ledger
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and reporting monthly on actual performance against budgets
- Liaising with international branches
- Arranging Electronic payments
- Prepare ad hoc reports as required
- Processing Credit Card expenses
- Ensure that all information is treated as confidential
- Occasionally travelling to overseas Dubarry branches will be required
- To undertake any other task that may be deemed necessary from time to time in the fulfilment of your role
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience working in an Accounts role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Training will be provided where considered necessary by head office.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
