Health Recruit Network is seeking a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to join our client's team in a beautiful nursing home in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing services to the elderly with General and Mental Needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV administration
  • Wound management and care
  • Administering oxygen and other medical treatments
  • Team management and leadership
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Overseeing a team of care assistants
  • Liaising with the General Practitioner and multi-disciplinary team

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification and registration with the NMC
