Job Title: Adult's Registered Manager

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join their team in Enstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and families.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Manager who can take leadership and management of 2 teams, ensuring that team members work effectively with children, young people, families, and internal partner agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery and improvement of high-quality services to children, young people, and their families within the Residential and Edge of Care Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take leadership and management of 2 teams, ensuring effective delivery and improvement of high-quality services
  • Ensure that all services are planned and delivered in a way that maximizes participation and reflects children's rights
  • Manage residential children's homes and ensure compliance with childcare legislation, guidance, and regulations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care and support

Requirements:

  • Professional Social Work qualification, educated to a degree level or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of childcare legislation, guidance, and regulations
  • Detailed understanding of the government policy agenda and emerging proposals for the future, with a specific focus on the Children's residential sector
  • Experience of working in a residential care setting at a managerial level, including knowledge of managing residential children's homes
