About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Children's Registered Manager or Deputy Manager to lead the development of a four-bedded, long-term residential home for children and young people. The successful candidate will work for an outstanding provider with a cluster of children's residential homes throughout Oxfordshire.

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned professional to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive, with the support of the leadership team to be creative and bold in bringing the home to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Registered Manager/Deputy Manager role
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of Ofsted, the Children's Homes regulations, health, and safety legislation, COSHH, and other relevant legislation
  • Experience of working with and managing challenging behavior, including attachment and trauma
