Career Development and Leadership Role

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to join our team in a clinical lead role. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing and clinical management of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of nurses and carers to deliver high-quality care to residents
  2. Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to staff to promote a culture of excellence

Requirements:

  • RGN / RMN qualification
  • Strong nursing skills and experience in clinical management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
