**Staffing Administrator**

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Staffing Administrator based at The University of Wolverhampton.

The role is full-time, working 37 hours per week.

**Staffing Administrator Role Responsibilities**
- Administrative support for the staffing processes within the faculty working collaboratively with the University HR Department e.g., Faculty administration of recruitment and appointments, academic progression, termination of contracts, highlighting tomanagers when fixed term/casual/visiting lecturer contracts are due to end.
- Working with the Dean and University HR Department to support the faculty’s plans relating to staff health and well-being.
- to work collaboratively with recruiting managers in all aspects of staffing processes not dealt with by our Central HR department.
- Servicing the Faculty Health, Safety & Wellbeing Committee and being responsible for recording and monitoring risk assessments for Faculty staff will require you to demonstrate experience of working within stipulated regulations and procedures.

**Staffing Administrator Role Requirements**
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills, good organisational capabilities, and the ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Adept at working under pressure
- Proficient in the use of office technology and an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Able to work independently under your own initiative as well as working collaboratively in the wider team.
