SBF Consultancy is based in the West Midlands and offers a variety of professional services to new and existing clients across the UK, who work across multiple sectors.
- Performing data entry tasks, updating data and documentation in line with client policies and current GDPR regulations.
- Staffing a local showroom on set days per week, meeting enquiriers on site, answering their questions and discussing product ranges with them. Providing indicative estimates, taking enquirier details and booking in appointments for sales team members.
- Provide outbound telephony service for clients, following up on inbound enquiries or completing registrations.
- Assisting senior staff with large projects and other work when required.
- Liaising with existing clients, managing projects and packages to ensure that every service need is met, that all daily tasks are completed within agreed upon timescales, and that all service level agreements with clients are honoured.
- Filing and document organisation.

You must be computer literate, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00 per year
