The Accounts Payable Team Leader will lead the Accounts Payable team to ensure that all transactions
are processed accurately in an effective and efficient manner

**Description**

Team leadership

Lead the Accounts Payable Team on a day-to-day basis.

Conduct regular one to one review meetings, setting objectives and monitoring progress.

Conduct annual Performance Development Reviews with the team and deal with staffing issues relating to performance.

Work closely with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader to allow the teams to share workload at busy times, whilst maintaining clear roles and remits Accounts Payable.

Work with colleagues across finance to ensure the end-to-end processes are efficient and serving suppliers and internal customers well.

Ensure a clear understanding of systems and process, documenting where applicable.

**Profile**

Experience of managing a team

Significant experience in financial administration processing and procedures

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
