**About the Role**

This role will be based in our Altens office supporting the growing, busy team.

The role is to ensure that administration for the division is carried out effectively and to ensure that the office is efficient and productive. This is a busy and diverse role where duties will include (but not limited to):

- managing phones
- timesheets
- invoicing
- problem solving
- general administrative duties such as; management of diaries, travel/hotel arrangements, organising meetings, attending, and minuting meetings, filtering queries and other ad hoc task as required.

**About You**

You will have previous experience of administration in a busy office environment and will be confident in office packages e.g. word, excel.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Teamwork supporting business need
- Ability to prioritise workload

You must have right to work in the UK.
