Event Operations Coordinator

**Essential Functions**:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organise and manage planning trips at stadiums with large groups throughout planning cycle
- Develop meeting agendas, track notes/actions, and regularly update project tracker
- Week of game schedule collation and distribution
- Manage operational access and parking requests at stadium throughout NFL tenancy
- Develop and coordinate stadium commodities list
- Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) coordination and tracking
- Collaborate with and support internal and external stakeholders (Stadium, Broadcast, Football Operations, and Game Presentation)
- Support with vendor procurement and finance processes (knowledge of Oracle is beneficial)
- Coordinate Health & Safety process working with external consultants, vendors, and local stadiums
- Support execution of sponsor or partner activations
- Post event reporting
- Support other Stadium Operations tasks and projects as required
**Technical Experience Required**:
- 4-5 years’ experience in professional sports or event management preferred
- Ideally experience working in a stadium or venue environment
- Good project management skills and attention to detail
- An understanding of American football
**Personal Attributes**:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Good report writing and presentation skills
- Self-starter, motivated, team player with strong organizational skills
- Ability to develop solutions
- Solid computer proficiency
