**Duties**:

- Interact with customers in-person to provide information about products or services
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficiency in data entry and ability to analyze customer data
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,242.65 per year
