As part of our continued growth Huntswood, A Results CX Company are seeking to appoint an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to our MD in the UK.

**Location**:Glasgow City Centre Office with the opportunity to go hybrid after 2 months
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Hours**:Monday to Friday + NO WEEKENDS between the hours of 9am and 6pm
(37.5 hour week)
**Salary**:£28,000-£30,000 dependant on experience
To provide an effective support, administration and management service to the Operations Managing Director.
- Create, operate and control all administrative functions for MD - UK Operations, including co-ordinating and supporting key activities such as diary management, MI/reporting and other general administrative tasks.
- Collaboratively working within the organisation to obtain, collate and present information for the MD - UK Operations.
- Be proactive in organising and attending team meetings including taking notes, minutes and actions as necessary.
- To draft and preparation responses to routine correspondence and enquiries on behalf of the MD - UK Operations.
- Undertake delegated work and projects on behalf of the MD - UK Operations.

- A track record of providing high quality, reliable support to senior executives
- Relishes variety and shows willingness and aptitude to tackle new things
- Operates as a highly effective project manager and co-ordinator within teams
- A first class organiser who demonstrates well developed co-ordination and communication skills and builds relationships quickly
- Thrives on working with people and enjoys learning from others
- Able to work independently or as part of a team on a broad variety of assignments, and to tight deadlines
- Projects a highly professional image
- Advanced use of MS office
