We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Managing Directors at Interpath Advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary management: Organize meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements to optimize stakeholders' time.
  • Prepare accurate documents, including letters, meeting notes, agendas, reports, and presentation slides, using appropriate branding.
  • Maintain the Salesforce CRM database and ensure accurate financial administration tasks.
  • Coordinate business development events, including invitations, responses, and venue management.
  • Arrange seminars and training events as required.
  • Process expense claims and ensure timely and accurate financial management.
  • Collaborate with the EA Team to share tasks and cover absences when needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is essential.
  • Strong work experience will be prioritized over formal qualifications, although 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths, are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with Interpath colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide high-quality information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external clients.
  • Proactive and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT literate with a strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
