As an organisation dedicated to saving lives, we are looking for a highly organised individual who has the following skills to help our operations run smoothly and effectively, while being able to communicate in an empathetic and emotional manner which will engage and inspire our supporters:

- Learn about and continue to maintain a familiarity with our life-saving programsmmes.
- Coordinate and work directly on a daily basis with our different departments.
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills so that you can communicate in a timely, empathetic and emotional manner both verbally and in writing with our supporters.
- Possess excellent organisational skills to ensure correspondence are performed in a timely manner and securely stored in the correct locations.
- Be technically savvy and eager to learn new technology as all of our operations and programs are cloud based.

Additional responsibilities will include:

- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Printing and sending receipt letters.
- Coordinating with our Call Centre.
- Inputing information into our data bases and ensuring it is kept up to date.
- Assisting in other areas of the office when needed.
- Adopting other key responsibilities as needed.

Location: York (City Centre)

**Salary**: £22,000.00 - £26,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 4 Day working week (Monday-Thursday)
- Work remotely 2 days a week after training is completed.
- Company pension
- Schedule 8 hours per day (9pm - 5pm)
