Job Summary

We're seeking an HR Administrator Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Operations and Finance Director, with a dotted line to both the Talent & Engagement Lead and the People Coordinator, this role will be varied and challenging. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR, including:

  • Writing Contracts of employment
  • Administration of HR documentation for all employees
  • HR documentation compliance and updates, including supporting policy review
  • Day-to-day HR administration
  • Supporting administration of recruitment activities, including arrangement of interviews
  • Assisting with the administration of induction and onboarding of new hires
  • Supporting broader HR activities
  • Proficient in using Excel and Word and comfortable learning new systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication and good rapport-building skills
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified
