The Role

We are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR, including writing contracts of employment, administration of HR documentation, and compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
  • Support the administration of recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including benefits enrolment and new hire setup
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail
