We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Coyle Personnel. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional reception services and be the first point of contact for all visitors to our office.
  • Manage the reception mailbox and ensure timely responses to all customers.
  • Provide administrative support to our clients and internal teams, including maintenance of welfare supplies, managing IDs, and supporting employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as stationary ordering, distribution of post, and managing parking and visitors passes.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, and provide administrative support as needed to alleviate pressure during unexpected short-term peaks in workload and/or resource challenges.
Requirements:
  • 5 GCSEs grade 'C' or above or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High standards of written and verbal communication
  • Good level of IT literacy
