Working as part of a small but busy finance function and reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for undertaking the daily transactional functions. Given the size of the team, this will be an opportunity for you to build a well-rounded skillset.

Key Opportunities
- Reconciliations of cash receipts, credit cards and posting payment from several bank accounts
- Managing the PO and invoice reconciliation process.
- Processing credit card payment runs
- Monthly bank reconciliations including domestic and foreign petty cash as well as month-end journals.
- Sales and marketing cost analysis
- Monitoring credit control on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Daily monitoring of the business bank accounts.

Previous finance experience is essential to this role and AAT qualifications would be advantageous. The client is also open to considering a recent finance grad so this could be the perfect way to launch your finance career.

This role is hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) with fantastic additional benefits including company events, employee discounts, health & wellbeing programmes etc.

Due to the company being based in Long Hanborough access to own transport is preferable.
