**Responsibilities**:
Call Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments.

Administration: Utilise strong administrative skills to support the smooth operation of daily office tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.

Client Interaction: Interact with clients to gather and relay information accurately, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Gatekeeper Role: Manage incoming inquiries and requests, filtering and directing them appropriately within the organisation.

Collaboration: Work closely with different teams within the company to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive client relationships by addressing queries, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.

Comfortable answering and directing calls, serving as the initial point of contact for clients.

Strong organisational abilities to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in basic office software and systems.

Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

**What we will give you**:

- Annual salary of £16,000
- Part-time role: 25 hours a week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Progression and Development opportunities
- 27 days’ annual leave (Pro rata)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
