Working at Head Office for a family business located in Sunbury on Thames with UK-wide operations in Hygiene services, including Kitchen Deep Clean and Grease Extract services.

We are looking for a self-motivated, dedicated, and reliable person who will provide the necessary support to the field sales team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Answering sales enquiries,
- Making appointments through cold calling/warm calling
- Coordinating existing jobs,
- Maintaining Prospect Client base,
- Pipelining appointments that are both new and returning business,
- Arranging appointments and surveys for the team,
- Working directly with the Business Development Manager on new/prospective opportunities,
- Working towards weekly targets/KPI’s
- Building excellent rapport with client base,
- Actively seek new business through telemarketing,
- Marketing strategies - Assisting the Business Development Manager in new marketing campaigns
- Co-operating with members of the management team.
- Coordinating the **sales** team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Providing after-**sales** support when requested

As a sales coordinator, you will assign new surveys to the sales team, this will be achieved via an online diary system and routine communication with both the sales team and clients. You will need to be dedicated and driven to meet targets set and weekly KPIs. As well as this, you will work with the Sales Manager and Business Development Manager to invited lapsed clients back, new and existing business as well as any new projects.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**:

- Telesales experience is required,
- Telemarketing - Marketing knowledge is advisable but not required,
- Business development experience,
- Excellent telephone manner,
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Motivated and Target driven,
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently,
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
