Graduate Marketing Assistant

The role:
Your role as the Marketing Executive will be to support the Marketing Manager and Sales team. Partnering with the Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns across various channels. This is a role that offers a high level of variety and will give you the opportunity to upskill in every aspect of marketing and digital marketing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Marketing Manager and sales team in line with the company’s growth strategy
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences and webinars
- Assist with social media management, including content creation and scheduling
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Assist with copywriting, including blogs, case studies and new offers
- Work with Marketing Manager to plan and execute quarterly marketing campaigns
- Manage the social content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing campaigns
- Assist with managing the company’s website. Creating new webpages through WordPress and optimising existing content for SEO and conversions
- Monitor competitor and market activity
- Creating and running paid search alongside the Marketing Manager
Required skills & experience:
- +1 year of relevant industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of the basic marketing principles, trends and platforms
- Experience in writing engaging marketing content for printed and digital campaigns
- High degree of creativity and problem solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across various teams and skill levels within the company
- Ability to organise and prioritise work activities to support objectives
- High degree of motivation and willingness to contribute to successful marketing activities
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking ability
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Pay: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
