**Contract Type: Permanent, full-time**

**Salary: £32,000 per annum**

**Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm**

Kerry Dewar (Aftersales Manager) is on the hunt for a Warranty Advisor to come and join his fantastic team over at our impressive Walton VW Dealership. You will be based within our fantastic Service hub providing a first class customer service experience to all our customers. You will be part of a fantastic team who will be there to support and guide you through your new role.

Kerry will impart their knowledge and experience allowing you to develop your skills and establish a long career within the Automotive industry. Don’t forget you will also have a supportive team around you to help you along the way

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards
- Assessing the quality of warranty job cards which includes feeding back to the workshop
- Invoicing and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Supporting with Paint and body claims
- Interacting daily with customers over the phone

Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with a Technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry. Are you currently a Service Advisor or Warranty Advisor looking to shake up their career with Lookers?

You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills; this is essential when prioritising and scheduling work appropriately. You will also be great at talking to customers and showcase a friendly but professional manner. Furthermore, you will be able to build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues.

It is also essential that you have strong IT skills; are you able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages?
