**Job title**:Hygiene telemarketing and sales coordinator

**Responsible to**:Sales Manager

**Responsible for**:Developing new client accounts

**Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm**

**Salary**: £24,960.00

**Purpose**:

- **Sale Coordinator** - Assigning new surveys to sales team. Use of online diary system. Routine communication with sales team and clients. Working with Sales team and Business development manager on new projects.
- **Telemarketing** - Contacting businesses to sell kitchen deep cleaning and grease extract ductwork and services via telephone (telesales / telemarketing). Business development and telesales developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Key skills required are: telesales, telemarketing, and business development experience; Motivated and target driven; Excellent telephone manner; Must be able to work in a team environment; Good customer service skills. A competitive salary is available, negotiable on experience. Flexible hours considered.
- **Other activities**:

- Answering enquiries
- Coordinating existing jobs
- Maintaining prospect client database
- Co-operating with members of the management team.

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing / telesales trained essential
- Great communication skills
- B2B & B2C
- Basic database skill
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £14,040.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
