We have an exciting opportunity for someone to come and join our Human Resources team as a Workforce Planning Specialist. This position has an international remit and is a critical role in being responsible for the processes that determine and shape the workforce that is needed to achieve MAFI’s goals and directions. Through close co-operation with the Organisational Development Manager, Organisational Leadership Team and the Executive Leadership Team, the Workforce Planning Specialist will forecast the workforce that is needed to achieve MAFI's strategic priorities and mission outcomes and identify how the future staffing and skills needs will be met.

You will forecast and identify the workforce needed to accomplish the organisation’s future mission and work requirements, specifically in terms of monitoring and mitigating environmental factors that may impact the organisation and the workforce. You will also analyse the gaps in current and future workforce needs.

**Essential**:

- Degree qualified or equivalent experience ideally within a Human Resources related field
- Finance Controller or accountant with good communication/relational skills
- 1-3 year’s experience in sourcing of information, campaign management, trend analysis, forecasting and recommendations in a HR, Finance or Sales and Marketing environment
- Strong relational skills to build relationships with varied internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work independently and exercise sound deductive reasoning
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Provide spiritual leadership through bible reflections and prayer.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working in an NGO environment
- Aviation industry experience

**There will be a requirement to travel internationally**

**This role will be working across time zones and will be required to work outside of normal office hours**

Location: Ashford (UK) preferred / Remote working in Europe may be considered

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
