Matron for Gynaecology

The Matron will be responsible for running an integrated community and hospital based gynaecology service including Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit (EPAU), Gynaecology Assessment Unit (GAU), Colposcopy and Urodynamics.

As part of the Women’s Health management team the Matron will be expected to positively develop the workforce, proactively succession plan for the future of the service and liaise with the multiprofessional team to optimise patient care and patient experience
