I am currently working closely with a SEN school in the Ashford location. The school are looking for behavioural specialists to work alongside and support the young people attending their growing school.

The school is a large SEMH school where you will be working in small classes of approximately 5 to 7 pupils across all key stages (KS1-KS5). In addition to group work you will also be required to provide support on an individual 1:1 basis. Due to the natureof the school lots of the students are from a care background and need someone who is going to show a lot of enthusiasm and are willing to get involved as part of a team. Due to the rural location of the school own transport is essential.

- Youth Offending Services
- Criminology, Psychology, Music & Degrees
- Sports coaching qualification or background
- Team Teach/SKIP, CPI, MAPA Physical Intervention Training
- Experience supporting challenging behaviour within an out of school setting
- Emotionally Robust

**Position details**:

- **Full-Time Role 08:30am - 15:30pm**:

- **Daily rate from £70 - 80 (depending on experience)**:

- **Temporary to permanent contract**
