Business Support Administrator

At CY2, our success depends on our people, productivity, and processes. A Business Support Administrator is the supportive force driving each of these areas, and we are currently seeking someone to take the reigns.
The ideal professional for the role is a flexible problem solver with superb communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset. He/she should have prior experience thriving in an administrative capacity in an office environment. Multitasking and the ability to handle the unexpected are essential qualities to bring to the position.
This role will start as a part time role but has the potential to grow to full time position.
**Responsibilities**
- Support company directors and senior leadership team
- Support to payroll, finance and HR services, including management of CY2s internal time tracking system.
- Oversee day to day administrative work in the company including data/productivity analysis, minute taking, calendar management, meeting management, and producing reports to management
- Ensure general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency, effective internal/external communications, support staff training and recruitment.
- Maintain facilities management, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services.
- Community engagement including cyber communities and academia.
**Desired Skills**
- Proven administrative experience with strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable handing confidential information
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy with good attention to detail
- Be flexible and adaptable to the changing business needs
- Experience with staff recruitment, orientation, and training
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From £12,000.00 per year
