Business Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Business Administrator to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, with experience in providing administrative support to teams. They will also have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including company pension, cycle to work scheme, free parking, life insurance, on-site parking, and private medical insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members, including managing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records, including employee information and project details
- Manage queries from clients and team members, liaising with transport and training managers
- Keep customers and operators updated with site and operational changes
