**What will you be doing?**
As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the Consultancy Department, taking ownership of various administrative tasks assigned by the Consultancy Team.
- Managing administrative tasks for the Consultancy team, such as processing paperwork, organizing task folders, extracting comments from deliverables, taking meeting notes, and maintaining a comprehensive work summary and bid progress.
- Supporting tendering processes for sub-contractors to NSG on framework contracts, including NWS framework contracts.
- Extracting data from business systems to assist task and project managers, such as timesheet systems.
- Providing necessary timesheets to customers as per their requirements.
- Collating and facilitating the completion of expense and mileage forms.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Assisting in Consultancy resourcing meetings.
- Serving as the point of contact with the landlord at our Cheltenham office.
- Ensuring up-to-date maintenance of noticeboards at the Cheltenham office.
- Collaborating with the Head Office to provide administrative support to the Consultancy Department and Cheltenham office.
- Assisting in Cheltenham office management, including maintaining Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), supporting audits, and conducting walkarounds.
- Managing visitor requirements at the Cheltenham office, including parking spaces and escorting.
- Facilitating the provision of refreshments for meetings, including handling lunch orders.
- Acting as the designated Fire Warden and First Aider for the Cheltenham office.
**What will you need?**
- Completion of L2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration (desirable)
- Proven experience working in a Business Administration role
- Competent user of MS Office suite
