**Business Administrator Apprenticeship - Hybrid (2 days per week in Office)**

**About the role**:
As an Apprentice Business Administrator you will develop a deep understanding of our organisational goals, values and vision for the future. This role will enable you to understand and recognise the needed skills for career progression allowing you to become an integral part of our team.
**About you**:
You are able to manage your time professionally and accordingly, allowing the organisation of your daily tasks to completed to the best of your abilities, enhancing the performance of you and your team.
Becoming occupationally competent within the team, you are able to take on responsibilities from your team, and where needed, have a proactive approach to help fulfil deadlines.
You have a great eye for detail, enabling your to help produce and maintain accurate documentation. You can face challenges maturely, seeking advice from your team members. Proficiency in IT is crucial, as you will use multiple IT packages and systems relevant to our organisation.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Gain a deep understanding of our organisational purpose, activities, aims, values, and vision for the future.
- Identify your role within our fast paced team and explore how your skills can contribute to our team and client satisfaction
- Develop practical knowledge in managing various stakeholders, including internal and external customers, clients, and suppliers.
- Being skilled in using multiple IT packages and systems, such as MS Office to help with maintaining our reports
- Having a proactive approach, you are able to work effectively in our team, allowing tasks to be completed to the best standard, as well as making recommendations for improvements, presenting solutions where applicable.
- Demonstrate flexibility in accepting and dealing with changing priorities related to both your own work and the organisation’s needs.
**Essential skills and experience**
- GCSEs in English and maths grade 9 - 4 or A*- C
**Salary and benefits**
