Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing administrative support and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our business.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a vital role in daily office operations, providing administrative support to senior colleagues and ensuring the smooth running of the team. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably in wealth management or a related sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and provide support to senior colleagues.
  • Produce suitability reports and manage investment management review cycles.
  • Communicate with advisers and clients as necessary.
  • Prepare and process new client documentation and amendments.
  • Monitor transfers of assets/cash to or from other institutions.
  • Process ISA subscriptions and transfers.
  • Liaise with colleagues within Business Support regarding client account administration.
Requirements
  • Prior administration experience is essential – additional training will be provided.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred.
Benefits
