About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our care home teams, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
