Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our care home teams, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
