Job Summary

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and accomplished team player who ensures the key tasks within the administration function are carried out in a timely manner.

Main Duties of the Job

This position is a general administration post and would be involved in all aspects of the administration function within the practice. The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:

  • Accurately read code data on SystemOne
  • Identify relevant clinical information documented in patient correspondence, code appropriately and complete detailed actions
  • Scanning of patient-related documentation and attaching these documents to the patient's Health Record
  • Typing letters and associated documentation as required
  • Liaise with external agencies such as hospitals and community services, ensuring referrals are processed efficiently
  • Process referrals using the electronic referral system
  • Manage administrative queries as required
  • Support clinical staff with general administrative tasks

Royal Crescent Surgery is a well-established training practice. It is a friendly, hardworking, supportive practice giving quality clinical care to a wide demographic population.

We have a growing list size with 3 Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, and a wide range of allied health professionals including pharmacists, MSK practitioners, and social prescribers.

Job Responsibilities
