Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around providing an efficient and professional administrative support for the HR department. You will provide support for the team assisting with day-to-day queries and ensuring the department runs effectively.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Assist with and provide administrative support to the HR department
- Scanning and filing of all confidential employee documentation
- Ensure all documentation packs are replenished
- Maintain and keep up-to-date electronic and manual employee records
- Assisting with time and attendance policies providing documentation for Line Managers
- Assist with the daily and weekly hours for weekly paid staff
- Manage the employee workwear stock - ordering and recording of stock
- General admin adhoc duties as directed by the HR Manager

**Personal Attributes**
- Previous office administration within the HR function (desirable)
- Commitment to develop and progress with the HR Function and CIPD
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Efficient, well-organised with good time management and planning skills
- Competent in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel with the ability to pick up new systems
