We are a newly formed team of case officers delivering frontline services to the Canterbury district. If you’re looking for an opportunity to join a friendly team where learning and development are the norm, read on.

As a Case Services Officer Level 3 you will focus on providing an efficient and effective customer support service through responding/resolving cases across the Council for both internal and external customers to support the needs of the service delivery plan. On a case management basis, you will act as a point of contact for the customer to enhance the customer journey.

You will undertake a broad range of complex and contentious cases
- Act independently to effectively complete and resolve cases
- Use your judgement to escalate issues of complexity to Team Leaders when required
- Train, induct and mentor new staff in case management processes across multiple service areas
- Encourage knowledge sharing across team members

We are looking for **two** enthusiastic, self motivated individuals to join our large case management team and are looking for:
