We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our large case management team and are looking for:

- Those who would like to start a career in customer service administration
- Those who have a good understanding of IT

As a Case Services Officer you will focus on providing an efficient and effective customer support service through responding/resolving cases across the Council for both internal and external customers to support the needs of the service delivery plan. On a case management basis, act as a point of contact for the customer to enhance the customer journey and customer experience.

As a Case Services Officer working within the team that deals with the Housing Needs Register and Allocations, you will deal with a variety of different tasks which may include but are not limited to:

- Responding to customer enquiries, providing advice and signposting to relevant third party agencies
- The advertising, shortlisting and allocation of social housing in the district
