**HR SYSTEMS COORDINATOR**

**Reporting To**: Head of Human and Infrastructure Resources

**Role Purpose**

**HRIS Development and Administration**:

- Manage the day-to-day administration of the HRIS, including user access, security, and system configurations.
- Coordinate key business processes through the HRIS such as annual performance reviews
- Oversee the development and enhancement of the HRIS processes to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes.
- Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports to support HR and management decision-making.
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Develop training materials & provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues promptly, ensuring mínimal impact on business operations.

**HR Administration and Evolving Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with general HR matters, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file maintenance
- Collaborate & support with Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, and other HR functions.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall development of the HR function
- Collaborate with HR team members and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and objectives

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Familiarity with HR software systems and experience in managing data and generating reports.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Good understanding of GPDR and discretion/confidentiality when dealing with employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Teams (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (preferred, but not essential)
