As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring departmental objectives and new product development timelines are met and accurately executed in line with the product manager's development plans.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Utilise internal reports and updates to provide clear communication and accurate information regarding new products to internal and external business functions including but not limited to systems, marketing, retail, training, and supply chain teams.
- Communicate with the suppliers to ensure product information is consistent with websites, systems, and any other documentations.
- Work alongside the product team and designers to assist, provide and document accurate information to enable effective, efficient, and smooth operation throughout the new product development from concept to launch.
- Create a collaborative environment between departments and monitor progress throughout the product life cycle.
- Hold incremental meetings with involved parties to provide updates on project progress and communicate the project's status.
- Develop your ongoing awareness of industry activity and local market conditions to assist with the product life cycle.
- Create quality assurance checkpoints and alerts throughout the product development timeline and report quality concerns and or opportunities to the product manager.

**What skills are required?**
- Strong organisational skills will need to be evidenced, along with a good understanding of the Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.

**What do CareCo offer you?**
- £24k-£26k salary per annum (dependent on experience)
- Full-time hours - 37.5-hours a week on a Monday to Friday schedule
