Quality Coordinator

To support our recent growth and development, CareCo are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join us in our Head Office in Great Notley, Braintree.
Reporting to our Head of Quality & Compliance, you will be assisting with the operation, maintenance, and administration of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across all CareCo sites.
**What are my responsibilities?**
- Support the Head of Quality & Compliance with the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Record, control and resolve non-conformances raised.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the products, process, and IMS. This includes identification, recording, providing solutions and verification of implemented solutions.
- Produce statistics for the annual Management Review.
- Controlling, updating, and maintaining the IMS, Policies and Procedures, including the issue of amendments.
- Reporting on the performance of the IMS and any need for improvement.
- Communicating and cascading internally any changes to the IMS.
- Support with performing departmental internal audits as per the annual audit schedule to ensure that departments are in full compliance of the internal Policies and Procedures.
- Prepare for and arrange the monthly KPI Meetings and annual Management Reviews.
- Record and investigate customer feedback in conjunction with the necessary Departments and monitor our resolution actions to address any customer concerns.
- Support the Head of Quality & Compliance in evaluating and approving new suppliers /sub-contractors.
- Lead external audits for the organisation, along with investigations and resolutions of any non-conformities raised by any external audits.
- Support with developing annual quality objectives and targets and create a dashboard to present monthly departmental KPIs.
- Support & Deputise for the other Quality & Compliance team members when required.
- Provide feedback opportunities for product specification improvements as a result of the monitoring of their performance and any issues highlighted.
- Play an active role in achieving the following accreditations: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 13485.
- Conduct departmental presentations and reports for the wider business.
**What is required of you?**
- Experience (2+ years) of working with ISO management systems, in particular, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
- Extensive internal audit experience.
- Ability to report and escalate regulatory & quality issues externally to regulatory bodies and to senior management internally.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Computer literate intermediate or advanced in Microsoft Office 365 packages.
- Hold a driving licence suitable for use in the UK.

**What do CareCo offer you?**
- £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday
