Customer Service Coordinator

Reed are currently working exclusively with a client recruiting for a Customer Services Coordinator.
The company is responsible for providing high-quality and cost effective parcel delivery services for businesses and the general public. They are a small business, who are rapidly growing, so this is an exciting time to join the business and be an integralpart of their expansion.
**Salary: £23,000 per annum**
**Hours: Mon
- Fri - 40 hours per week**
Duties to include:
- Regulate and assist management of daily customer bookings.
- Provide pricing and delivery information on request.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Liaise with service partners and suppliers to resolve operational issues.

**Requirements**:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to accurately present and articulate verbal and written information to customers.
- Background in logistics (ideal, not essential)
- Capable of an average typing speed (30-40-word p/minute)
- A knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Word.
