We are currently seeking an organised and customer-driven Technical Coordinator to join our established team. If you have coordination experience in utilities, construction, or even project coordination, this could be the role for you

**So, what will you be doing?**

As a Technical Coordinator, you will ensure end-to-end customer management to ensure strong customer service and customer satisfaction while coordinating client utility requirements for their developments. Your responsibilities will include coordinating designs with the central Design Team, specifying utility network layouts and equipment, and preparing necessary documentation, drawings, and payments to enable proposals to be handed over to the TriConnex Operations team.

You will also:

- Establish client’s utility design requirements and work with the team to convert these into designs.
- Liaise with consultants, contract managers, clients, sub-contractors, and support functions ensuring specifications, quantities, issues, and risks are identified and agreed upon.
- Coordinate Water, Gas, Electricity and Fibre designs in accordance with client and license requirements.
- Update web based and internal project monitoring systems as and when appropriate.
- Offer technical support to the client and TriConnex operations teams.

**The Person**:
As a Technical Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with various TriConnex departments. We are ideally seeking an individual who can seamlessly blend robust coordination skills with exceptional communication abilities, all while effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Effective interpersonal abilities, enabling collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Outstanding organisation and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, supporting Sales, Design, and Operations teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
- Experience working with in Coordination role.
