Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Advisor to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support through various key responsibilities, including reviewing sales administration orders, verifying investigation requests, and preparing quotes.
Responsibilities
- Review Sales Administration Orders: Conduct thorough reviews of sales administration orders for conformity and verify investigation requests to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Acknowledge Receipt of Orders: Acknowledge receipt of orders to customers promptly via email or open order report, maintaining clear communication.
- Prepare Quotes: Prepare quotes according to pricing policy and send for customer approval, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Offer Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support to customers by responding to information requests and coordinating internal needs, fostering strong relationships.
- Verify Commercial Warranty Eligibility: Verify commercial warranty eligibility and provide repair lead times to customers, addressing their concerns efficiently.
Requirements
This role requires an individual with strong technical and professional skills, including English language proficiency (oral and written), international trade knowledge, fiscal and accounting knowledge, export control, and logistics knowledge.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
