Our client manages the complete IT disposal process; from the logístical management of a collection, technical processing and secure data destruction, through to testing and assessment for the resale of used IT equipment and final recycling of unusable equipment. Protecting their client’s brand reputation is a fundamental objective, ensuring that sensitive or personal data is secure at all times.

**International Coordinator**

**| Up to £30k Per Annum | **Full Time | Mon-Fri | 9am-5pm | Fully Office Based for 3 Months Then Hybrid | Braintree | Free Parking On Site | Canteen on Site | Professional | Positive Relationships | International |

As an **International Coordinator** your main role will be to help manage our clients long-term business relationship with existing partners. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, client focused and can work well in a team environment.

**Duties (to include but are not limited too)**:

- Participate in solutioning new client service offerings with service specialists
- Generation of complex quotations
- Full responsibility & accountability for ensuring the service is delivered to the client as per the agreement and proactively ensuring all KPIs/SLAs are achieved or exceeded and taking corrective action accordingly
- Conducting progress reviews and owning resulting action resolution
- Conducting regular minuted service review meetings, including the preparation and presentation of current performance data
- Primary point of contact for issue resolution
- To ensure contract retention and growth in range and scale
- Approval of invoices received from partners
- Promotion of partner membership scheme, and its values and benefits a. Social media b. Certificates c. Newsletters d. Conferences

**Person Specification**:

- Experience in third-party logistics dealing with international shipments (1 year min)
- Ability to consistently produce high quality results within tight deadlines by prioritizing, identifying roadblocks, and collaborating with colleagues
- Ability to execute projects efficiently and effectively with limited supervision
- Attention to detail with high standards of accuracy and review
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to proactively identify and address potential issues
