Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an International Service Coordinator for our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Participate in solutioning new client service offerings with service specialists
- Generation of complex quotations
- Full responsibility & accountability for ensuring the service is delivered to the client as per the agreement and proactively ensuring all KPIs/SLAs are achieved or exceeded and taking corrective action accordingly
- Conducting progress reviews and owning resulting action resolution
- Conducting regular minuted service review meetings, including the preparation and presentation of current performance data
- Primary point of contact for issue resolution
- To ensure contract retention and growth in range and scale
- Approval of invoices received by partners
- Through research, provide our business with advise and guidance on international trade, duties and taxes etc that should be considered when engaging with partners
- Help the manager with the selection and management of business partners.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:

- Strong background within logistics and transportation.
- At least 3+ years experience working with international clients.
- Excellent word and excel skills.
- Account management experience or similar.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch (35 hour working week). In return our client offers a competitive salary with free onsite parking, a discounted onsite café, 28 days annual leave increasing each year, and hybrid working aftercompletion of training period & probation.
