Just Recruitment is working with a well-regarded, long-standing organisation, based in Braintree that is looking to recruit an Account Coordinator, to join its existing team.
Duties include:
*To work closely with the account manager on new developments, handle samples of new products and send these to the client for approval
*To liaise with design to generate new artwork and amend existing artwork correctly
*To liaise with purchasing in UK or international sites for quotation of pricing and sampling costs, update CRM.
*To handle customer enquiries and complaints efficiently and resolve these to a successful resolution
*To produce periodic reports when required for the account manager and client
*To monitor stock usage of certain products and to take ownership for ordering stock within company guidelines
*To set up brand manuals to include order forms, procedures, item references and prices
Personal qualities:
*Team worker
*Adaptive to new environment and fast learner
*Good verbal and written communication skill to maintain effective communication with other members of the sales team, internal departments globally and clients
*Good proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets in handling sales and stocks reports
*Proactive and open to offer help on tasks that are outside of core duties
